Melvin Vetterli, videographer from Lucerne, in the evening light

Hi, nice to have you here.

At Siemens Switzerland I was a working student in corporate communications. I built a video team of four there. First it was about equipment and workflows, in the end we produced more than 50 videos and more than 50 other visual projects a year.

After that I was responsible for marketing and communications at Swiss Brand Experts, including a website relaunch and media relations. At Peak Revenue I ran client shoots in Switzerland and abroad and managed social media channels, with up to seven reels and one YouTube video a week. That teaches you to work fast and clean.

I studied at the universities of Zurich and Lucerne, with a bachelor’s and a master’s in communications. My master’s thesis looked at how content marketing changes Swiss communications departments. The title: “Content is King”.

  • Certified drone pilot (A1/A3)
  • Content Creator certificate (HWZ)
  • HubSpot certified: content, social media, SEO
  • AI workshops at the vocational school in Lucerne
  • German and English (C2)

What the video team at Siemens achieved

  • 4people in the video team I built
  • 50+videos a year, produced in-house
  • CHF 130’000saved per year by producing in-house
  • 1.8 → 2.2 %social media engagement rate in the first year

How I work

Four things you can count on.

  • 1

    Plan first, then the camera.

We film what’s in the briefing. That saves time on the shoot day and rounds of revisions in the edit.

  • 2

    Honest about what’s worth it.

I tell you openly which video is worth it for your goal. Even if that means we shoot less.

  • 3

You always know where we stand.

You know what comes next and what it costs. There are no surprises on the invoice.

  • 4

    I keep deadlines.

We set the delivery date together in the briefing. And you can plan on it.

Want to see it live ?

Tell me in 30 minutes what you need. I’ll tell you how I’d do it.
