    Intro call 30 min

    We clarify what you need and whether we’re a good fit. By phone or Zoom.

  2. 2

    Briefing 60 min

    We decide what and who we film and which versions you need. After that you get the quote.

  3. 3

    Shoot day

    I bring all the gear, the drone too if needed. Your team doesn’t need to prepare anything. Just being there is enough.

  4. 4

    Editing & revisions

    I edit all versions. You give feedback, I make the changes. One round of revisions is included.

Hi, I’m Melvin.

Videographer and photographer from Lucerne with a background in communications and marketing. I work alone. For you that means the person you plan with is the person you shoot with. And I make your changes myself.

My favourite shoots are with people who are proud of their work. Whether it’s a garage or a corporation: I ask the questions and you talk. I do the rest.

Before this, I built a video team at Siemens Switzerland that produces more than 50 videos a year. So I know what things look like on your side.

FAQ

What does a video cost?

A testimonial starts at CHF 1’400, a brand film at CHF 2’800. Pricing is by the day: a shoot day costs CHF 1’200, half a day CHF 600. An editing day costs CHF 800. You see the exact price in the quote after the briefing.

What are managed services?

I take all the video work off your hands every month: planning, shooting, editing and delivery. For testimonials that’s from two videos a month, for social media content several clips, each from CHF 2’800 a month. Plus a monthly check-in call and a review after 90 days.

What’s included in the price?

The shoot day with all the gear and the edit of every agreed version. One round of revisions is included. We agree on further revisions or extra versions in advance.

Do I need a finished concept?

No. If you have one, we get started right away. Otherwise we develop it together. I plan the time for it in the quote.

My people are camera-shy. Will it still work?

Yes. I run interviews like a conversation between friends. Nobody has to memorise anything. Most people forget the camera after a few minutes.

In which formats do I get the videos?

In every format you need. In the briefing we decide where the video will run. Then I shoot and edit for that, including vertical for social media.

How quickly is the video ready?

That depends on the scope. We set the delivery date together in the briefing. And I stick to it.

Do you also do drone footage?

Yes. I’m a certified drone pilot. I plan aerial shots in the briefing, for example for a brand film or for shots of your building.

Do you also take photos?

Yes, for example portraits or event photos. If I’m on site for a video anyway, I take the photos the same day. I plan the effort in the quote.

Do you film all over Switzerland?

Yes. I’m based in Lucerne and travel all over Switzerland for shoots.
